Justice founded RIAConsult Ltd to close a gap he saw repeatedly across health and social care: providers running mission-critical operations on disconnected paperwork, spreadsheets and point solutions never designed to work together.
With a background as a solution architect and software developer, and a postgraduate specialism in Internet Systems Development, Justice set out to build the platform he believed the sector needed — one governed system of record for care operations, workforce, compliance, family engagement and finance, with AI decision support built in rather than bolted on.
iCura is the result: an operational intelligence platform designed from the ground up for the realities of regulated care — auditable by default, explainable in its use of AI, and built to scale from a single service to an enterprise care group.
The Vision
Justice's aim for iCura is straightforward: give every care provider, regardless of size, the same operational clarity that only the largest, most well-resourced groups have historically been able to build for themselves.
