TLC Care Services Group
Enterprise Digital Transformation with iCura
TLC Care Services Group partnered with RIAConsult Ltd to modernise its care operations through iCura, moving from fragmented paperwork and disconnected workflows to a connected, compliant and AI-powered operational intelligence platform.
Overview
TLC Care Services Group operates residential and domiciliary care services across multiple sites, supporting a growing number of residents and service users. As the group expanded, its operational systems did not — leaving teams reliant on paper records, spreadsheets and a patchwork of point solutions that made group-wide oversight difficult.
Challenge
Care records, workforce scheduling, compliance evidence and family communication each lived in a different system — or in no system at all. Registered managers spent significant time each week reconciling information across services rather than acting on it. Group leadership lacked a single, current view of occupancy, compliance status and workforce coverage, making inspection preparation and strategic decisions slower than they needed to be.
Solution
RIAConsult deployed iCura as a single operational platform across TLC's services, starting with iCura Core for care planning and daily records, iCura WorkOps for rostering and workforce coordination, and iCura 360 for continuous compliance monitoring. Operational Intelligence dashboards gave group leadership a live, group-wide view for the first time, while the Family App reduced routine communication load on frontline staff.
Transformation Scope
- Migration from paper and spreadsheet-based care records to digital care planning
- Group-wide rostering and workforce visibility across all sites

Project Vision
TLC's transformation is intended as a model for how mid-size and enterprise care groups can move from fragmented, paper-driven operations to a governed, AI-supported platform — without disrupting the frontline delivery of care during the transition.
